The Dip Side Contact Pogo Pin Connector, also known as the Right Angle Pogo Pin Connector, Pogo Pin Connector, and Dip Side Contact Spring-loaded Connector, is primarily used for conducting electricity or signals.
The Dip Side Contact Pogo Pin Connector uses an inclined structure and an internal spring mechanism design. It is mainly composed of several Pogo Pins and housing, which are assembled through precision molds and special equipment. The purpose of the inclined structure design is to ensure that when the Pogo Pin is working, the lateral force generated by the inclined surface and the spring contact keeps the contact force between the pin head and the inner wall of the pin barrel stable, prompting the current path to mainly go through the gold-plated pin head (Plunger) and pin barrel (Body). This results in a stable and extremely low contact resistance, maintaining a stable and reliable connection even with frequent plugging and unplugging.
SMT automatic patch reflow soldering technology: The SMT automatic patch machine automatically mounts the DIP Pogo Pins on the PCB circuit board that has printed solder paste, and the solder legs are precisely inserted into the holes of the PCB circuit board. Then, the solder paste is melted and solidified through the reflow soldering process, completing the fixed connection with the PCB pad. This process is fast, highly accurate, highly automated, significantly improving production efficiency and product quality.
Plug-in machine + wave soldering technology: The automatic plug-in machine automatically mounts the DIP Pogo Pins and precisely inserts the solder legs into the PCB circuit board with printed solder paste. Then, the solder paste is melted and fixed through the wave soldering process, completing the fixed connection with the PCB pad. This process is fast, accurate, highly automated, significantly improving production efficiency and product quality. It is suitable for electronic components with ultra-long solder legs that cannot be fixed by SMD reflow soldering.
The Dip Side Contact Pogo Pin Connector is a type of Pogo Pin Connector, which is designed and manufactured based on an inclined structure. It is an internal spring-loaded pin connector, typically composed of two core components: the Pogo Pin and the housing. Its characteristics are side contact type, with its own solder legs, suitable for SMT automatic patch reflow soldering or wave peak soldering fixing. The welding strength is high (more firmly welded with the PCB circuit board), the resistance is very low, the connection is stable and reliable, the lifespan is long, and it is more durable.
The vacuum blind hole electroplating technology is known for its superior performance, capable of quickly and accurately electroplating a layer of gold inside and outside extremely fine blind holes.
